Free bicycle workshop and bicycle ride
Empact Long Beach, a grassroots bike advocacy group, is excited to host a Bicycle Safety Workshop 1.0, a FREE class/workshop for the Houghton Park neighborhood to encourage more residents to ride bikes. EMPACT Long Beach is focused on connecting communities, empowering advocates, creating allies, learning policies, developing a bike program that includes organizing a community bike group, teaching bike safety workshops, leading community bike rides, giving away FREE bike, helmets and accessories.

A community bike ride will follow the class. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m.
