The self care writing workshop was created as a direct response to the decline in metal health during the pandemic. We wanted to create a safe space where communities could come together and learn how to use journaling as a method for self care. We partner with local artist and poeta xitlalic to help facilitate this workshop with us. she walks us through her experience using journaling. Shares prompts for us to start journaling and shares overall tips when it comes to journaling 

everyone who attends will receive a free journal!
