Join us for a 3-hour Adult Bike Safety Workshop at Century Villages at Cabrillo. This workshop is targeting Century Villages at Cabrillo residents, but it is open to the public 

Empact Long Beach is excited to present a FREE Basic Bike Education Workshop & Bike Ride for residents in the Westside Long Beach neighborhood! Adults and teenagers from 15 and up are invited to participate in this FREE basic bike education workshop and group bike ride to learn how easy it is:
*to be safe while riding a bike
*learn the rules of the road
*plan bike routes
*fix-a-flat tire
*incorporate bike riding into their everyday lives for transportation, fitness and recreation

We will:
*spend the 1st half of the training learning in class
* then enjoy a delicious lunch 
*roll out to practice what we've learned on a fun group bike ride

***A FREE lunch will be served
