The name Earthseed Book Club is inspired by the extraordinary work of award winning science fiction writer, Octavia E. Butler. Her work, beginning in the 1970's, featured themes of social injustice, climate change, racial, gender, and political disparities, creating new communities, and many other themes that remain relevant today. 

We will begin with Parable of the Sower followed by Parable of the Talents. We will have books available for those in person.

We meet on the second and fourth Thursdays at 6PM.
