Healthy Active Streets created the Self care writing workshop during the pandemic as a way to address the decrease in mental health during the pandemic. We partner with a local artist and poeta Xitlalic to facilitate this workshop. Xitlalic takes us through how to use journaling as a way to advocate for ourselves and journal together with thought provoking prompts. Everyone who comes will receive a free journal and journaling supplies to use during the workshop
